The check-in process took a bit of time as we were asked to provide government-issued ID cards for all family members, sign the photocopies, and fill out the guest registration form. The receptionist explained that this is a one-time onboarding activity across the brand. Once registered, checking in at any Bloom property across India in the future won’t require submitting physical ID photocopies again—a solid operational efficiency for frequent travelers.

We even ended up having a fun chat with our waitress, who turned out to be a fellow fan as well.
