About The Dad

I Don’t Plan the Trips. I Just Carry the Bags.

Hi, I’m the Dad with the Passports.

By day, I am a Senior Manager and Business Analyst. I live in spreadsheets, design discussions, and project timelines.

By night (and on weekends), I am the designated “Logistics Officer” for my family’s travels.

The Dynamic: My wife is the Chief Visionary Officer. She finds the dreamy destinations, the aesthetic cafes, and the hidden gems. I am the Chief Operations Officer. My job is simple but critical:

  • Ensure the passports are actually in the bag.
  • Manage the “I’m tired, carry me” negotiations with our 3.5-year-old.
  • Maximize the credit card points.
  • Keep everyone fed, hydrated, and moving.

Why This Blog? Most travel blogs show you the “Dream.” This blog shows you the “Logistics.” We travel internationally without a stroller now, which means I write about the reality of managing toddler stamina, surviving long flights with minimal screen time, and finding the balance between “Adventure” and “Nap Time.”

If you are a parent who wants to know “Is this city actually walkable for a 3-year-old?” or “Where is the nearest clean bathroom?”—you are in the right place.

Welcome to the journey.

Let’s Connect I started this blog to share my journey and help others along the way. Whether you have a specific question about one of my posts, or just want to say hello—I’d love to hear from you!
